CHNC CIQI Fellowship
Supporting the strategic goal to expand improvement knowledge. CHNC Launched the inaugural CIQI Fellowship in 2022. The foundation of the fellowship is ongoing, hands-on, experiential training in a multi-center quality improvement collaborative. The fellow will participate in leading the collaborative, with oversight and coaching from the CHNC CIQI Program Manager and CIQI Leadership. The Graduating CHCN CIQI fellow will be gain experience in:
- QI Methodology (IHI Model) and the CHNC Quality Improvement Project Life Cycle
- Leadership, Strategy and Motivation
- Quality Measurement and Evaluation
- Statistical Process Control
- Scientific Writing
- Multi-Center Quality Improvement Collaborative Management
- Cost and resource evaluation of multi-center project implementation
Fellow Requirements:
- Member of a CHNC organization
- Foundational knowledge of Quality Improvement
- Knowledge of and participation in a CHNC CIQI project
- Experience running a local or regional Quality Improvement project
